We do not store credit cards details nor do we share customer financial details with any 3rd parties.
All parties booked via the website and over the phone require a 50% deposit. Once booked you will receive a booking confirmation and a party pack containing forms and information required for the party. We require you to send this information through to us at least a week prior to the party so we can make arrangements, All disclaimers can be given back to us on the day of the party.
All deposit are refundable until 2 weeks before the party.
A 50% deposit refund will occur if the party is cancelled less than 48 hours before the booked date. This is to cover staffing costs and food/equipment hire for the booked party.
